How it works:

We get to know the people, culture & heartbeat of your organization.
We assess your starting point and readiness for AI.
We identity three workflows where AI would work for you and flag the ones where it would burn money or trust.
Output:
The output is a written report you and/or your board can read in an afternoon that covers:
Your organizations strengths & areas for development.
What to do first.
What to leave alone.
What it'll cost.
What to revisit in six months.
If the honest answer is "you're not ready yet, here's what to fix first," we'll tell you that — and you can spend the budget on the fix instead of a project that wouldn't have worked.
